Due to the weather forecast, we regret to inform you that today, Sunday, October 11, the City of Long Beach Fall Festival will feature limited activities. All rides and vendors have been canceled for your safety. However, you can still enjoy some autumn fun! Pumpkins will be on sale behind City Hall starting at 10 AM—perfect for decorating or carving at home.

The Beer, Wine & Food Experience will be OPEN from 12 PM to 5 PM in the tent behind City Hall. Indulge in wine tastings and wines by the glass offered by Beach Wine & More, along with craft beers from Bright Eye Beer Co. and Barrier Brewing Co. Don’t miss live music by Wrong Sister at 1 PM to keep the festive spirit alive!

Additionally, free hay is available for pick up in the lot behind City Hall and on Park Avenue. We appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoy the cozy autumn vibes. Thank you for your support! 🍁

The City of Long Beach’s Halloween Costume Parade & Fall Festival is creeping up on Saturday, October 10th. 🎉 Line-up starts at 11:00am in Veterans Park at the Rec Center, and the parade kicks off at 12:00pm and marches up to the Fall Festival. Little ghouls and goblins in grades 5 and under are invited to join the fun and showcase their fabulous costumes!

Each participant gets a trick-or-treat bag filled with goodies. Trophies will be awarded for the best costumes. 🏆✨ We’re eager to see all the creative costumes!

The City of Long Beach in cooperation with Skudin Surf will hold the King & Queen of the Beach Kids Surf Contest in memory of Daniel Bobis and Brian Ward on Saturday, September 19, 2026 on Riverside Blvd beach.
