Help Shape the Future of Parking in Long Beach!

The City of Long Beach has engaged a consultant to devise practical solutions to the city's long-standing parking issues. Public input sessions were conducted in September and October of 2025 to get insight from residents about the challenges they face as well as ideas for improvements. The presentation from those meetings can be found below. An online survey was also launched, garnering input from more than 1,000 individuals. The City's consultant will be coming back to the public late in 2025 with an initial set of recommendations. After the public provides input on the recommendations, a final plan will be presented to the City Council in early 2026.
