MEMORIAL DAY PARADE
The Joint Veterans Organization and the City of Long Beach will hold the annual Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 26, 2025. The parade and steps off from Ohio Avenue and West Beech Street at 10am. The parade will proceed to Park Avenue via New York Avenue and march to City Hall.
This year's Grand Marshal is Thomas Mattson.
We hope that you will come out and line the streets to honor and remember those who served and sacrificed for our country. If your organization is interested in marching please download the form below or email, lbevents@longbeachny.gov.

All organizations and groups interested in marching in the Memorial Day Parade should submit an application to the Long Beach Events Office. You can download the form here and mail it in or fill out the google form by clicking below.
All registrations must be in by May 16, 2025
The Parade Route
The parade is set to commence at the intersection of West Beech Street and Ohio Avenue at 10:00am. It proceeds along West Beech Street and will turn north onto New York Avenue. Participants and spectators can look forward to the parade continuing down the north side of West Park Avenue City Hall at National Boulevard. The parade is expected to reach the City Hall bandstand around 11:30am.
