
Bereavement Workshop For Seniors: Navigating the Painful Path of Grief
Experiencing the loss of a loved one is a profound and challenging journey, and navigating the waves of grief can often feel overwhelming. Grief is a natural, albeit complex, part of life that touches us all, yet it is not a journey that needs to be walked alone. We invite you to join our Bereavement Group, a supportive space designed to help you find solace and strength in the company of others who understand.

In our sessions, we will delve into the emotional, physical, and psychological impacts of grief, offering tools and strategies to cope with these difficult emotions. Whether your loss is recent or you have been carrying it for some time, our group welcomes you with open arms.
