A. General Information
The City of Long Beach (the "City") seeks to establish a panel of stand-by counsel who are prepared to represent the City in various matters. As such, the City is requesting proposals from qualified law firms, located and authorized to do business in the State of New York, to perform specialized litigation, counseling, drafting and negotiating services. Law firms may be selected from among responding firms based on a thorough analysis of each firm’s ability to provide the City with the highest quality legal services at cost-effective fees.
