REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
A. OBJECTIVE:
The City of Long Beach seeks the professional services of a consultant to assist the City with the State Environmental Quality Review Act (“SEQRA”). The consultant’s environmental review services will address issues and mitigations relating to the rezoning and development of properties within the City of Long Beach. The consultant will make recommendations to, and prepare EIS and FEIS documents for, the Long Beach City Council, Zoning Board and/or Planning Board.
