What you should know!

The President appoints Shop Stewards. Suggestions can be made but the final decision is made by the President. Elections cannot be held for this position it is illegal.

Shop Steward Meetings are held by order of the President of the Unit. Employees’ questions & concerns can be directed to their Shop Steward, and will also be passed on to Executive Board or President depending on the situation.
