REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING GRIEVANCE PETITIONS

 

  • APPLICATIONS MUST BE FILED ON A TIMELY BASIS

FILING PERIOD: JANUARY 2, 2025 THROUGH JANUARY 21, 2025

  • ALL DOCUMENTS AND DATA MUST BE STAPLED TO THE PETITION

  • NO SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER

JANUARY 21, 2025

  • ALL PERTINENT QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWERED

  • THE PETITIONS MUST BE COMPLETED CLEARLY AND LEGIBLY

  • PART FOUR: THE OWNER MUST SIGN DESIGNATION OF REPRESENTATIVE TO MAKE COMPLAINT FOR THE YEAR FILED

  • PROVIDE A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY:
    (DESIGN, ROOM COUNT, LOT SIZE, BATHROOMS, ETC.)

  • FURNISH PHOTO’S OF SUBJECT PROPERTY: FRONT AND REAR VIEW

  • ANY INDIVIDUAL OR FIRM FILING MORE THAN 25 PETITIONS MUST PROVIDE A COMPLETE LISTING OF THE PROPERTIES FILED. THIS SHOULD INCLUDE SECTION, BLOCK AND LOT, PROPERTY ADDRESS AND PROPERTY OWNER

  • SECTION, BLOCK AND LOT WILL BE PROCESSED AS SUBMITTED ON PETITION

 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN THE DISMISSAL OF THE GRIEVANCE PETITION
