Attention Commercial Property Owners:
Please be advised that pursuant to Local Law II of 2002 as amended in 2005, all owners of income producing property are required to file Income and Expense forms with the City of Long Beach, Department of Assessment located in Room 301 in City Hall on or before September 3, 2024.
FAILURE TO FILE BY SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 WILL SUBJECT YOU TO A PENALTY OF UP TO 4% OF YOUR ASSESSED VALUE
Listed below is the application which must be filed prior to September 3, 2024. If there is not enough space on the Income & Expense Statement, please feel free to submit any additional information on separate sheets or computer printouts. If you misplace the Income & Expense forms, they are available below.
Attached for your convenience is a list of the types of commercial properties located in Long Beach. Please identify the type of property which you own and submit all the documents and information requested for that particular property type for the 2023 calendar year.
If you purchased the property in 2023 or 2024 and the information which we request is not available to you, please indicate same on the Schedule of Income & Expense provide the sale date and sales price of the property and return the forms to this office by September 3, 2024 as required by law.
