Update: May 15, 2022

Site work and podium/ parking garage construction is still underway. This work should complete within the next 3-4 months. Tower C  (rental) has begun its vertical climb upwards . We anticipate that we will be topped off beginning of next year with this Tower. There will be multiple deliveries supporting this work. Closures, detours, and delays should be expected during these deliveries. Sewer work well underway on Riverside Blvd. We anticipate another 4-6 weeks on Riverside than will work our way east on East Broadway towards Long beach Blvd. We are doing our best to limit the effects of this work on traffic, pedestrians and home owners but some closures and detours will be required.
