Update: October 18, 2022

Offsite work has been completed along Riverside Blvd and Long Beach Blvd. Final restoration work will be completed in the spring. Towers A&B, the condo buildings, have topped out, mechanical work has begun in both buildings and exterior work will start within the next few weeks. Tower C , the rental building, will top out by the end of month.  Mechanicals are well underway, and windows and doors are currently being installed. Work in the retail spaces has begun as well.

The parking garage is now open to construction parking and we are working diligently on coordinating deliveries to occur at staggered intervals to assist in traffic mitigation on East Broadway.
