Update: April 13, 2023

Currently the project is tracking on time per Engel Burman's residential construction vice-president.  All the supportive infrastructure work required for the utilities is complete. Restoration work, paving, sidewalks, etc., will commence in the fall.  The exterior facade work is well underway on all 3 Towers and is expected to run well into the fall of 2023. Work along the Boardwalk has started and should be completed by end of Summer.
