Update February 20, 2022

Sewer main work to start by months end on Riverside Boulevard. This work will continue for about 3 months. Intermittent closures and detours in these areas should be expected. Foundational piles will be completed within the next 2 weeks. Concrete work for the foundation continues to progress across the site. The podium/ parking garage has started to go vertical in the eastern portion of the project.
