Architectural Review Advisory Committee

The Architectural Review Advisory Committee shall review all architectural plans submitted to the board for review and make recommendations to the Architectural Review Board (City Council).

The purpose is to preserve and promote the character and appearances and conserve the property values of the city.  The board shall encourage good qualities of exterior building design and good appearances and relate such design and appearances to the sites and the surrounding structures.  The Board shall prevent such design and appearances that would be unnecessarily offensive to visual sensibilities.
