City Court

The City Court handles all summonses for the City of Long Beach, Building Department, Animal Shelter and moving and traffic violations. The City Court is operated by the State.  All Employees are State Employees. 

 

Paying a Ticket
If you receive a ticket within the City of Long Beach, payment can be mailed to:  City Court, 1 West Chester Street, Long Beach, NY 11561.  Payment can be made by certified check or money order made payable to Long Beach City Court.

 

You can also pay in person by going to City Hall Room 203.  Payment can be made in cash, certified check or money order. You can also pay using Visa or Master Card. Personal Checks WILL NOT be accepted.

 

Note: Some tickets require an appearance before the Judge.  Please check your summons.
