Hispanic Heritage Kite Festival

The Long Beach Latino Civic Association in partnership with the City of Long Beach is hosting their 4th Annual Hispanic Heritage Kite Festival on Sunday, September 14 from 1pm - 3pm on Laurelton Blvd Beach.
