Junior Lifeguards

Registration is now open for the Long Beach Junior Lifeguards Program.  New for 2026, 9-year-olds can participate!  The program is now open to children ages 9–15.

Join us for an unforgettable summer of swimming, ocean safety, fitness & conditioning, teamwork & leadership, and beach games & competitions.

All participants must complete the qualifying swim to be eligible for the program.  Monday, June 15, for Returning Junior Lifeguards and Tuesday, June 16, for New Participants.
