City Property Taxes

With many mortgage statements arriving this month, we wanted to remind residents that if your City property taxes are over $6,000 they are payable in one installment in July. It has come to our attention that some mortgage companies are mistakenly doubling escrow amounts under the assumption said tax payments are made twice a year. Please be sure this is not happening to you by double-checking your Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement to verify the City portion of your property taxes is correct.
