Michael Kiefer Swim Paddle Run

The Michael Kiefer Swim-Paddle-Run takes place Sunday, July 26, 2026 on Riverside Blvd beach.

 

Kiefer was a New York City Firefighter who heroically gave his life on September 11th. He was also a Long Beach Lifeguard who loved life and the ocean. This event is held in his memory and is meant to be a challenging workout to honor Michael’s dedication and perseverance.
