2026 Resident Parking Permits On Sale

The City Clerk’s office has announced that 2026 Resident Parking Permits go on sale Monday, December 15th.  Permits may be purchased at the Clerk’s office, Room 307 in City Hall Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:45pm or by mail. 

To register in person, please bring:  

  1. A copy of your valid vehicle registration
  2. Proof of Long Beach residency   
  3. $50 application fee - Cash, MasterCard or Visa are accepted    


By mail, please include:

  1. A downloaded application from our website
  2. A copy of your valid registration (If the registration does not have a Long Beach address, include proof of residency)
  3. A copy of your current driver’s license 
  4. $50 application fee - check or money order.  If paying by check, it will be held for 7 business days until the check clears.

Resident Parking Permits are valid in any of the following lots:

  • Georgia Ave & W. Beech St.
  • Maryland Ave & W. Beech St.
  • Virginia Ave & W. Beech St.
  • Vermont St. & W. Beech St.
  • Connecticut Ave. & W. Beech St.
  • Long Beach Rd. & Walnut St. 
  • 200 Block Shore Rd.
  • Center Mall Lot 700 Block W. Park Ave (South Side)
